I do think we had more snow last night after we went to bed. It sure didn't look like this before... I think this is just completely beautiful. I call it a Gift from God. The beauty not the hazards. Either way, I still love the snow. I have waited a very long time for a White Christmas.. I do believe it is going to happen this year.

I got an email from my granddaughter in Roy WA. this morning. She wanted me to go plant my foot in the snow and send her the picture. Later I found out it was her way of judging how much snow we have. I also used a ruler... 9 inches. Yes, I know that is not near what some other people have, but it is a major snowfall for this area!! We can not even get the Suburban out of here!! You might say we are grounded for now.

Yesterday we made some cutout sugar cookies. The oldest grandson went nuts decorating them. It was fun to watch. Of course I will have to make more, I don't expect those to last long. Not with two teenage stomachs walking around this house.

I have been working my sewing machine overtime. I had ordered order a part to upgrade my embroidery machine. Since my machine is considered OLD, they have to make the part. They are doing that, but I won't get it until January sometime. When I get the part I need, I will be able to download and sew any pattern. It is exciting and very cool... But for the meantime, I must make do with the patterns I have. Life is so unfair...:)
